As mentioned before, I had only four workouts this week. It was fine.
Sunday
Type: As Fast As Possible
7 sets of:
7 Burpees
7 Bridges
Time = 8:00
Bonus: 1 burpee, 1 bridge, 8 close pull ups
Another classic weekend challenge result that's in throwing distance of my personal best. Awesome.
Tuesday
Type: As Fast As Possible
3 sets:
5 SEAL Burpees
5 Archer Push Ups (each side)
10 In-and-out Sit Ups
10 Bridges
10 Push Ups
5 Side Plank Hip Raises (each side)
Time = 11:30
Bonus: 2 sets of 5 close pull ups
This one was a grind. I'm glad that I did it, though, and I think this is the intensity I should be targeting for my timed workouts in general.
Wednesday
Type: As Many Reps As Possible
3 sets of 30 second intervals with 10 seconds rest of:
Pull Ups (total = 37)
Plyometric Lunges (total = 103, each side)
Diamond Push Ups (total = 44)
Straight Leg Raises (total = 42)
Cross-body Mountain Climbers (total = 81, each side)
Seal Jumping Jacks (total = 104)
Bonus: 2 sets of 10 breath isometric towel flex hang
Working in some HIIT again. I'm a little disappointed with the diamond push up and cross-body mountain climber totals, but the pull ups and plyometric lunges help offset that enough to leave me satisfied overall.
Saturday
Type: As Fast As Possible
6 sets of:
6 Pull Ups
6 Burpees
6 Bridges
Time = 7:30
Bonus: none
A little slower with this challenge this time around, but I think it's still a decent-enough showing to feel alright about it.
