Muay Thai class
This class was for fundamentals review, since the kru was trying to split things up with a basics class in the usual time and then an advanced class following it. Hopefully I can arrange things to start double-classing as soon as possible. As for the actual class itself, despite being in a critical mood overall, the kru had only compliments for my technique, and she explicitly invited me to join the advanced classes after I spoke to her about another matter following the class, so that all felt good.

Muay Thai class
This class started out with a nine-spot drill station gauntlet rotation, so it was going to be a banger. My stamina felt like it held up well through that, so any concerns about needing further recovery are well and truly dead by now. We even finished up with more endurance-focused drills, though I was working in a trio for those and so not getting the full burn that I would've with just one partner. But hey, I can only do what I can do.
Wednesday
Muay Thai class
This was another stamina class, this time focused on multiple kick sequences. I held up well once again and was still visibly rocking my partner back at the end of the class. We finished up with an aggressive amount of calisthenics, with some hand weights added in for more difficulty, and I just wish I could've stayed longer to do more.

This was a head-to-head back-and-forth defense day, which was welcome to learn would still be part of the basics classes. The drills themselves were quite simple, limited to just one to three strike sequences with rigid scripting, but it was still good to feel some contact again after what seemed like a long time of just doing padwork.
