Workout Recap - Week of December 26, 2021
For the last week of the year, I took things a bit easy because I also got my COVID-19 vaccine booster on Wednesday. So far, each shot's side effects for me have been more mild than the previous ones, which I'm hoping will continue to be the case since it's likely that ongoing boosters will be a thing, possibly outlasting the pandemic itself (while it'd be nice to eradicate the virus, the politicization of pandemic responses has made hoping for a polio/smallpox-type resolution impossible for the immediate future). I'll start to step things back up in the new year, but for now, the occasional break is nothing to begrudge.
