Workout Recap - Week of February 5, 2023

Monday
10 km walk
Walking around downtown Portland this time. I didn't have a partner to break, and that city is flatter, so this is a pretty boring entry.
Thursday
Type: Pass/Fail
Pull Ups - 1 set of 12 (pass)
Bridges - 1 set of 20 (pass)
Hanging Leg Raises - 1 set of 12 (pass)
Bonus: 7 burpees
More maintenance workouts. My bridges had felt a little stiff last week, but they were much more fluid this day.
Friday
Type: Pass/Fail
One-arm Push Ups, feet together - 1 set of 4, each side (pass)
Pistol Squats - 1 set of 10, each side (pass)
Handstand Push Ups - 1 set of 15 (pass)
Bonus: 7 burpees
Should I have been more creative with these workouts? Probably, but it's too late to change the past now.
Saturday
10 km walk
Walking around Toronto this time. It's even flatter than Portland.
