Workout Recap - Week of January 2, 2022
I had wanted to step things back up in the new year, but I ended up sliding in the other direction instead. Honestly, I'm not sure why. The week was seemingly interminable and over in a flash at the same time. Sometimes I'm living out of phase with the rest of reality.
Monday
Type: Pass/Fail
Handstand Push Ups - 2 sets of 15 (pass)
Close Squats - 2 sets of 20 (pass)
Push Ups - 2 sets of 20 (pass)
Bonus: none
Getting things turned around with a return to two sets. I could push harder, so I should push harder.
Tuesday
Type: As Fast As Possible
3 sets of: 21/15/9 Plyometric Lunges (each side)
21/15/9 Push Ups
21/15/9 Straight Leg Raises
Time = 4:15
Bonus: 7 chin ups
It felt good to get back on a timer.
Wednesday
Type: Pass/Fail
Pull Ups - 2 sets of 10 (pass)
Bridges - 2 sets of 15 (pass)
Straight Leg Raises - 2 sets of 20 (pass)
Bonus: none
The compliment to Monday's workout. Again, I know I should push harder.
