Workout Recap - Week of January 9, 2022
Contrary to popular desires, I have not vanished from the face of the Earth. I was just away for a while, so this recap and the next were delayed until today. Fortunately, I did still manage to get some work in, and I even got to try some new things as I had access to some specialized equipment. It was a nice change of pace.
Monday

Keeping things steady in anticipation of an upcoming trip.
Tuesday

I was a bit tight on time today due to some errands, so this was just something simple and scaled-down.
Wednesday

Friday

Trying something in a different space. I kept it light to avoid any unexpected surprises, but handstand push ups seem to have done a decent job of preparing me for dips.
Saturday

24 kg Kettlebell Squats - 1 set of 10 (pass)

Going a little bit further than the last workout, and it felt good.
