Workout Recap - Week of March 6, 2022
This was another light week, since I've had some other matters I've been preoccupied with. That's probably going to continue into the immediate future. Such is life.
Monday

Handstand Push Ups - 3 sets of 10 (pass)

This was a minor shift in my workout approach, mostly to take my mind out of active use.
Tuesday

Close Squats - 3 sets of 20 (pass)
Bridges - 3 sets of 15 (pass)

Continuing on from the previous workout, for pretty much the same reasons.
Friday

Diamond Push Ups - 3 sets of 20 (pass)
Isometric L-hang - 3 sets of 10 breaths (pass)

Finished out the approach for this week.
Saturday
Type: As Fast As Possible
3 sets of:
11/8/5 Pull Ups
21/15/9 Plyometric Lunges (each side)
21/15/9 Straight Leg Raises
Time = 4:15
Bonus: none
Fitting in a quick workout just to get something done against a clock.
